The establishment and functioning of our patent law firm is the result of my long-term work in the field of intellectual property. I have been dealing with intellectual property for nearly 20 years. During this period, I wrote my master's thesis and doctoral dissertation on this subject (awarded in competitions organised by the Patent Of ice of the Republic of Poland), held many public appearances on this subject and managed a university unit dealing with the commercialization of inventions, which I organised from scratch at one of Lublin’s universities. I am the author and co-author of scientific publications on IP (including a commentary to the Industrial Property Law Act).

I completed an apprenticeship for a patent attorney because I wanted to professionally deal with industrial property and practise this profession as one of the oldest legal professions in Poland. After passing the qualifying examination, I was entered on the list of patent attorneys (entry no. 3397) and, so far, I have helped over 100 entities in obtaining patents and other exclusive rights, for which I still provide services in the field of protection of their intellectual property.
